Terms of Service

By accessing or using the dmarco platform ("Service") operated at dmarco.email and app.dmarco.email, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

dmarco is a DMARC monitoring and email authentication analytics platform. The Service collects DMARC aggregate reports from IMAP inboxes you configure, parses and analyzes the report data, and provides dashboards, alerts, and recommendations to help you manage your email authentication configuration.

The Service processes email authentication metadata (IP addresses, domains, SPF/DKIM results, message counts) and does not access, store, or process personal email content.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You agree to promptly update your information if it changes.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to monitor domains you do not own or have authorization to monitor
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider.

Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Your continued use of a paid plan after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service, including DMARC report data. We claim no ownership over your data.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide IMAP inbox credentials and domain configurations to the Service.

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. In cases of serious violations, we may terminate immediately.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our retention policies. You may request a data export before termination.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dmarco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
